Manfrotto 056 m42 adapter US-made rig may be whatThe Manfrotto 056 is a simple three way tripod head for still cameras. Three low profile knobs, thumbscrew (with standard 1 4" thread) for camera mounting. With the exception of the knobs, it's all metal. Cosmetic condition is good, but this head appears to have paint and finish imperfections from the factory. Why? Not sure. Works well, though.
