The Navy Townie 7D is a step over, and the Yellow Townie 7D is a step thru. This is an one size bike, but ideal rider height is 4'11 to 6'0" (150 183 cm) and up to 300 lb. Our 12 year old son and co founder Matt who is 6'5 can ride it comfortably. Locks and helmet included with rental. Add a basket and lightweight camping chair for optimal bike touring joy.
