Certified PGI (Protected Geographical indication) the Il Tinello Red Label is aged in oak casks which graces it with a rounded sweetness and a well balanced acidity. This rich sweet sour flavour makes it an extremely versatile ingredient in the kitchen. With a Brix grade of 65 it will complement risotto, meat,
